Welcome to The Sleep Garden..
My passion for infant sleep and maternal mental health came from my own personal experience after giving birth to my twin girls. They wouldn't sleep for longer than 45 minutes at a time even over night. I was really in the trenches and in a dark place mentally when I contacted a sleep consultant to reach out for help. That was the best decision I made, not only for my children to help them rest & thrive but also for my own health. It was from this point that my world changed! My girls were sleeping, there was a routine forming and we were all much happier and healthier.
That's when The Sleep Garden was born and my mission is to now help as many families as I possibly can.

Sleep Plan Only Package
A personalised sleep plan designed for people who want the support but would prefer to go at their own pace.
This package is a plan only.
7 Day Support Package
A full 7 days of phone or email support along with a personalised plan. This package is designed to have quick results that will last.
14 Day Full Support Package
14 days of support via messaging or email. A phone call half way through the support to review.
Personalised and detailed plan for you to follow.
In Home Consults
90 minute in home consult with sleep plan included. This is a hands on consultation where we will settle for 1x nap time together.
You will then be given a personalised plan to put into practice yourself.
(Travel fee will be applicable 25kms outside of Dunsborough)
